→Clive Fagg is an independent Chartered Town Planner running his own planning consultancy since 2013, with over 17 years' experience as a qualified planner in both local government and the private sector.
Clive has managed a wide range of planning applications for businesses and individuals, advising clients and delivering robust applications for residential, retail, industrial, office and energy development in both rural and urban environments.
He has worked with clients on broader project delivery including feasibility, site selection, business case development, consultation and project delivery, gaining extensive experience working with local authority planning officers, members, public and stakeholders.
